Civila Invest SRL is a Romanian general contractor based in Oradea, Bihor County. We build factories, logistics centres, commercial and residential buildings across western Romania and Transylvania. We have been in construction since 2001, first as Civila SRL and, since 2012, through Civila Invest SRL.

We carry out civil, industrial and agricultural construction as general contractor, as project manager or as specialist subcontractor, with more than 25 years of experience in construction.
Our portfolio includes 33 completed projects for Romanian and international clients, among them three factories for Samsung suppliers, the Alu-Menziken aluminium plant, the Hotel Ramada in Oradea, the shopping centres in Făgăraș and Târgu Secuiesc and the Royal Valley residential estate in Dumbrăvița.
Our motto, Cu noi construiești civilizat (“with us, you build in a civilised way”), stands for quality of execution, deadlines met and full transparency towards the client.
Three ways to work with us
- General contracting. We take the project from foundations to handover: structure, envelope, building services, finishes. One partner, one responsibility.
- Project management. We coordinate designers, suppliers and subcontractors, track the budget and the construction schedule, and report transparently to the client.
- Specialist subcontracting. Reinforced concrete structures, strengthening, underpinning and special works, carried out for general contractors.
We are a contractor, not a design office: we build what the project’s architects and engineers have designed.

Industrial, commercial and residential buildings
Our completed projects range from factories and grain storage bases to shopping centres, company headquarters, a hotel, apartment blocks, a residential estate and the rehabilitation of old buildings.
Commercial, offices and hospitality
Shopping centres in Făgăraș and Târgu Secuiesc, company headquarters and warehouses, a BMW car showroom and the Hotel Ramada in Oradea.

Where we work
From Romania’s western border to Transylvania
From our base in Oradea, we have completed projects in 13 localities in seven counties: Bihor (Oradea, Biharia, Salonta, Mădăras, Cauaceu, Oșorhei), Satu Mare (Medieșu Aurit), Timiș (Timișoara, Dumbrăvița), Sibiu, Arad (Sicula), Brașov (Făgăraș) and Covasna (Târgu Secuiesc).
Two projects are in execution in the city of Satu Mare: the Datcu dental clinic and the house of the Notre Dame de Sion congregation.

Questions
Before you contact us
Do you also design the building?
No. We are a contractor, not a design office: the building is designed by the project’s architects and engineers, and we build it. Under a project management contract, we also coordinate the designers, suppliers and subcontractors for you.
Have you built for international companies?
Yes. The Alu-Menziken aluminium plant in Medieșu Aurit (2018) was built for an international client, one of the most important aluminium processors in Europe. Between 2009 and 2011 we built three electronic component factories for suppliers of the Samsung group: Hanil Electronics, ShinHeung Electronics and Jasz-Plastik.
